Patrick F. Casey

CASEY, Patrick F. of Arlington, formerly of Cambridge, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family after a long battle with cancer on August 1, 2023.  Beloved son of Patricia A. (Monahan) Casey and the late Francis P. Casey.  Loving brother of Nancy Healey and her husband Paul of Belmont. Devoted Uncle of Cullen, Breah and Maggie Healey. Patrick is also survived by Tracy Duggan (adored cousin) and many other very dear cousins, and lifelong friends. Patrick attended BC High and CRLS and American University where he played on the Golf Team and was a member of the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity Beta Chi Chapter  He went on to work as a Stockbroker until his illness. Patrick had a love for everything golf.  Everywhere Patrick went, he made friends with ease – his funny personality and quick wit was magnetic. He was bigger than life and always carried the room whether on the golf course or at an event or function.  He kept everyone laughing.  Patrick was unfailingly generous and was quick to express gratitude for the kindness others showed him. He saw the good in everyone and made everyone feel seen for who they were. 

Funeral from the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home 36 Trapelo Rd., Belmont, on Tuesday morning Aug 8th at 10:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Peter Church Cambridge at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Interment to follow in Cambridge Cemetery.
