Nancy (Hannaford) Greer

Nancy (Hannaford) Greer, age 85 of Belmont died at MGH on 27 September 2023. Born in Cambridge, MA on Valentine’s Day 1938, she was a graduate of Radcliffe College. She was a long-time board member of the Salvation Army and Plymouth Congregational Church. Devoted wife of Gordon B Greer, married on Flag Day (14 June 1959). She is survived by her two children, Bruce Greer of Cape Cod and Alison Greer of Baltimore and was a grandmother of five. A lifelong learner, she loved to travel, visiting places as far flung as Antarctica and Asia, and read.

A remembrance will be held at Plymouth Congregational Church in Belmont on 11 November at 11:00 AM, 582 Pleasant Street, Belmont, MA 02478 617-484-5257

Nancy’s final resting place will be Mt Auburn Cemetery Cambridge.
