Kathleen Valstyn Obituary

Kathleen Nora Valstyn, Aug. 22, 2020 at the age 74, of Belmont. Born January 4, 1946 in Portland Maine and moved to Massachusetts as a young girl.

She was an avid reader and a devout Celtics fan. Her family and friends meant the world to her, amongst many other lives she touched; with her unselfish kindness and love. She was considered a second mother and protector to many who knew her. She will be dearly remembered and the happiest memories of her will live on in all of those who loved her.

Kathleen is survived by her husband John Valstyn, her daughter Adrianne; son Christopher and his wife Corinne, son Jason Valstyn and the late Robert Valstyn. Grandmother to Jacqueline Dyer, Alexandria and Christian Gallagher, Nicholas, Nathan and Rylee Valstyn. Great grandmother to SJ, Lucas and Kendall Dyer. Sister to Joanne and Michael Ripley.
