Evelyn Rose (Carreiro) Roth

Evelyn Rose (Carreiro) Roth of Belmont, MA, born February 3rd, 1943, aged 82, passed away peacefully Saturday May 3rd, 2025 in her Belmont home with her husband and children by her side.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, James R. Roth, and was the beloved matriarch of her family of 4 children, Scott Stenstrom, Gary Stenstrom, Shelley Stenstrom, Kara (Roth) McConniel; as well as 7 grandchildren, Ana Stenstrom, Keagan Stenstrom, Kameryn DiFranco, Owen Stenstrom, Logan Walters, Daily Stenstrom and Knightly Stenstrom. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Robert Vieira of Burlington, MA.

Visitation will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, 130 Common Street, Belmont, MA 02478 on Thursday May 8, 2025 from 9AM – 10AM, followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 AM.  Burial at Belmont Cemetery and luncheon at The Stockyard Restaurant in Brighton, MA. Family and friends are invited.
