Elaine (Zona) Patapanian

Elaine (Zona) Patapanian of Watertown entered into rest on July 23 after a long  and courageous battle with dementia.  Devoted wife of the late Edward patapanian. Loving mother of Jay Patapanian of Belmont and Cheryl Rieves and her fiance' Iran McGriff of Nevada. Grandmother of Desiree Dove of Nevada. Great Grandmother of Dayla and Daxten Dove. Sister of John Zona and his wife Wendy of Dennis, Arlene Dostoomian and her husband Ashod of Stoughton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  In recent years Elaine has been in the care of the compassionate and loving staff of Sunrise of Arlington where she was a favorite among the amazing caretakers who showed her love, respect and dignity at every turn. Honoring her long standing wishes there will be no services.
