Edward Michael Morrissey Jr. of Lawrence, formerly of Cambridge, June 26, 2020. Beloved son of Edward Michael Morrissey Sr. and Ann Marie (Dignan) Morrissey. Survived by his loving sister and best friend Dawn Morrissey Ryan; sons, Alex Morrissey and Nicholas Caissie; niece, Kelsi Morrissey Ryan; nephews, Willie and Jake Ryan; aunts, Evelyn Labanara, Ellen Young, Ruthann Morrissey, Joan Blanchard, and uncle Kenny Young and many cousins. Eddie also leaves behind his beloved and devoted dog Sonny. Special thanks to Jacquelyn McCoy for her loving care of Eddie in his final days. In lieu of flowers please send donations in Eddie”s memory to Dana Farber Cancer Institute or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
