D. Richard Tufenkjian of Belmont, passed away peacefully at home on December 14, 2024. Beloved husband of Joan (Worman) Tufenkjian. Loving father of Judson Burns & his wife Therese of Delaware, Peter Burns & his wife Karen of Eastham, MA. Cherished grandfather of Cassidy Burns, Charles Burns, Geoffrey Burns and Madeline Burns. Visitation will be held in St. Joseph Church, 130 Common St., Belmont, on Friday morning, December 27th, from 10:30 to 11:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will follow in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. Late U.S Navy Veteran.
