Alice M (Norton) Looney

Alice M. (Norton) Looney of Arlington formerly of Belmont passed away on Wednesday February 14 at the age of 94. Born in Dublin, Ireland she is the beloved wife of the late Thomas C. Looney, loving mother of Thomas G. Looney of Belmont, Catherine A. Looney of Arlington, and Sean Norton Looney of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Grandmother of Robert and Christopher Looney of Belmont. Sister of the late Thomas Norton, Daniel Norton, Elizabeth Keane, and Mary Wade. Survived by her sister Josephine Norton of London, England and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held at Brown and Hickey Funeral Home, 36 Trapelo Rd. Belmont, MA 02478 on Wednesday, February 21 from 4 to 7pm. Funeral from the Brown &  Hickey Funeral Home 36 Trapelo Road Belmont on Thursday Feb 22nd at 9:00 am followed by Funeral Mass at St. Lukes Parish, 132 Lexington St., Belmont, on Thursday, February 22 at 10:00 a.m. Internment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, 999 Belmont St., Watertown. The family of Alice Looney requests the honor of your presence at a reception immediately following the internment at Oakley Country Club, 410 Belmont St., Watertown.
