Thomas Gallagher

Thomas Gallagher, 86 of Belmont, passed away peacefully on November 21 surrounded by his family. Loving husband of 59 years of Susan (Doherty) Gallagher. Devoted father of Thomas Kevin Gallagher of Raleigh NC, Deirdre Bey and her husband Paul of New Albany OH, Sean Gallagher of Belmont, Dermot Gallagher of Minneapolis MN, Mark Gallagher and his wife Kerri of Needham. Cherished Grandpa of Scott, Ryan, Thomas, Aidan, Nolan, and Katharine. Dear brother of the late Packie Gallagher and his late wife Rose of Donegal, Brigid Farren and her late husband Jim Farren of Donegal, the late Sarah Frances Twomey and her late husband Matty Twomey of Belmont, the late Andy Gallagher and his wife Madge of Donegal, the late John Gallagher and his late wife Margaret of Northern Ireland, Michael Gallagher and his wife Bridie of Florida, the late Charlie Gallagher and his wife Phyllis of Drogheda, Miah Gallagher and his wife Marie of England, Willie Gallagher and his wife Bridie of England, Hugh Gallagher and his late wife Pauline of Donegal. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in the United States, Ireland and England.

Funeral from the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home, 36 Trapelo Rd, Belmont,  on Monday, Dec. 3 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, 128 Common Street,  Belmont at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Sunday, Dec 2 from 3-6 PM.
