Joan B (Beattie) Blackman

Joan B. Blackman (Beattie) of Jacksonville, Fl. formerly of Belmont March 30, 2018. Beloved wife of the late John F. Blackman Jr. Loving mother of Paul and wife Kathy Blackman of Jacksonville, FL and late daughter Linda Silva and son-in-law Mark Silva, Scituate, MA, Cherished grandmother of Melissa and Michael Ricci and Meghan and Jonathan Blackman.  Sister of Sally Strom and the late Elsie Bloomfield. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held in the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home 36 Trapelo Road Belmont on Friday April 6 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Payson Park Church 365 Belmont Street Belmont on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Mt Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
