Loving grandmother of Christina Polonski, Alexander Valente and Sean Valente. Cherished Great Grandmother Catherine. Visiting hours in the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home 36 Trapelo Road Belmont on Friday Sept 7th from 10:00 - 12:00 PM Followed by a funeral home service at 12:00 noon. Relatives and friends invited. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association  309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452.
